The climb session features high intensity training on the zero impact VersaClimber which helps you burn twice as many calories as other cardio exercises while aligning your spine and engaging all major muscle groups at the same time. ROW & FLOW
FOR THOSE WHO PREFER A MIX OF CARDIO TRAINING AND BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH WORKOUTS.
The perfect combination of cardio, strength and mobility, Row and Flow consists of rowing and body weight exercises. With the WaterRower machine you can be sure that you will be flowing into the session through the sound of the water.
FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO MOVE/FLOW ON THE MAT.
Consisting mostly of body weight training and flexibility exercises, ground sessions include different styles of classes like yoga, pilates and animal movement. Aiming for the balance of the body and mind, this session will make you feel grounded.
