WHAT IS TESTING?
The first session of Loyal club members is done as 1 to 1 training.
This is an hour-long session to assess the new member’s body composition and performance.
After this session, a personally customized 10 session program will be handed to the member. We create your program through your goals and needs. Your 10 sessions program is done taking into account your exercise performance, current activity level with your current lifestyle as well as your old/current injuries and exercise history.
At the end of the 10th session you can join the first testing day to measure your development and your progress.
